Scan: Locate a specific mind. 1–5 successes = 2 / 20 / 200 / 2,000 / 20,000 km; each further success multiplies distance by 10. One success gives approximate direction; more improve precision. Generic searches increase difficulty.
Alter Memories: 1 success = trivial; 2 = minor; 3 = important; 4 = very important. Can change or implant memories.

Description
At a glance, he’s just another face in the crowd—unremarkable, easy to overlook, the kind of guy you’d pass a hundred times without a second thought. His clothes are plain, practical, and just a little too neat, as if he’s mastered the art of blending in without ever really trying. A simple button-up, dark jeans, unassuming sneakers—nothing that stands out, nothing that draws attention.
And yet…
His eyes.
They miss nothing.
They dart from place to place with unnerving precision, scanning, analyzing, absorbing. Not in a paranoid way—there’s no nervous energy, no fear—just awareness. Like he already knows where to look, as if he’s always processing a pattern just beneath the surface of reality. He never seems surprised, never caught off guard, like he anticipated every movement, every sound, every shift in the room before it happened.
And then there’s that other thing.
Every time you glance his way, he’s already looking at you. Every. Single. Time.
Aberrations
Digital Eyes, Veins around Eyes, Glitch (like Reality didn't render him between movements)
