Giant Special Attacks:
Giants do not attack in the same way as other creatures. To determine what happens in each Close Combat phase, pick a unit in base contact with the Giant and roll a D6 on one of the following tables, depending on the size of the victim. If no suitable target is in base contact, roll again until you get another result.
Man-sized Things Chart: 1 Yell and Bawl, 2 Jump Up and Down, 3 Pick Up and..., 4-6 Flail with Chain
Big Things Chart: 1 Yell and Bawl, 2-4 Throttle with Chain, 5-6 'Eadbutt
Flail with Chain: The Slave Giant flails around himself with the stout chains that usually bind him to the cavern floor of the Ogre Tyrant's lair. The Slavegiant inflicts D6 Strength 6 hits on the target unit, allocated as shooting hits.
Yell and Bawl: The Giant yells and bawls at the enemy. Neither the Giant nor models in contact with it actually fight if they have not already done so this round. The Giant automatically wins the combat by 2 points or more. This result has no effect against Animated Constructs.
Throttle with Chain: The Slavegiant wraps his heavy chains around the neck of his opponent and pulls hard. The target must take a Toughness test -- if failed, the model takes 2D6 wounds which Ignores Armour Saves.
'Eadbutt: The Giant head-butts a single enemy model from the target unit, automatically inflicting D3 wounds which Ignores Armour Saves. If the victim is wounded but not slain, it is dazed and loses all of its following attacks (that combat round if it has not yet attacked, otherwise the next round's attacks).
Jump Up and Down: The Giant jumps up and down vigorously on top of the enemy, first testing to see if it falls over (see Fall Over). If it remains on its feet, it inflicts two Stomp attacks. A Giant that Jumps Up and Down in one round will automatically do so again the following round if able, until it falls over, the target is destroyed, or the combat ends.
Pick Up and...: The Giant stoops down and grabs a single Character in base contact from the target unit (Giant's choice), then rolls a D6: 1 Stuff into Bag (removed as a casualty, freed uninjured at the end of the battle if the Giant is later slain); 2 Throw Back into Combat (D3 Strength 6 hits, Ignores Armour, on the victim, and D6 Strength 3 hits on the unit); 3 Hurl (victim removed as a casualty, target enemy unit within 12" takes D6 Strength 3 hits, wounds count towards combat result -- if none in range, treat as Throw Back into Combat); 4 Squash (removed as a casualty); 5 Eat (removed as a casualty); 6 Pick Another (treat as Stuff into Bag, then choose another victim and roll again).
