Fragile Alliances

Skaven, Dark Elves, and Hobgoblins are so untrustworthy that even their own kind can't rely on them for long -- worse, their presence sours relations with everyone else in an alliance. Any alliance including one of these three races is automatically a fragile alliance.

Relations in a fragile alliance start out as normal for the armies' alignments, but each player in one must roll a D6 at the start of their own turn -- on a 1-3, every one of that player's alliances immediately worsens by one step for the rest of the game (unless already Desperate Allies).
